* zucchini (about 1 1/3 pounds)
* 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
* 1 1/4 cups ricotta cheese
* 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon peel
* Fleur de sel (a specialty sea salt, apparently)

But maybe just normal sea salt, if the special sea salt is hard to find.

And we&#039;ll bring a small amount of white wine, too, or something else to drink.</description>
