I have overcome my disability! The one where I can’t post, not the one where I can’t move my arm…
So, as Brian said, Electra and I will have yummy curry casserole free of dairy and animal bits tomorrow at noon. Our address is 1215 NW 21st Ave, Apt 2. We’re between Marrakesh and Wildwood. Park on Northrup or Overton. When you come to the building door, buzz in to apartment 2. See ya tamale!

I’ll tone down the spice, too, for those who don’t need a fire in their mouth.
It’s sort of an aloo gobi-inspired casserole.
I’m also thinking of making a vegan carrot-raisin salad. That’s basically grated carrots, raisins, cinnamon, and a vegan mayo. That might help with the burning, should it occur.
